About Me

Hi, I’m Andy!

I grew up in Amsterdam, NY and I’ve had a deep-seated fascination for aviation and space exploration all of my life. I became a pilot and flight instructor through SUNY Schenectady County Community College and earned an A.S. Degree in Aviation Science. From there, I continued to Florida Tech where I earned a B.S. Degree in Aerospace Engineering. But my love for space did not stop there. I continued my studies at Florida Tech, where I am currently halfway through a M.S. in Space Systems. I currently work at Boeing designing and building the 737MAX. Being selected for the FMARS-15 crew is a dream come true and I’m very excited to be a part of this expedition that will help expand humanity’s reach into the universe!

I live near Seattle, WA with my wife Lor, and our cat Malie (mah-lee-ay). I’m glad to have you along for this and future adventures.
